When you call us or use our website to contact us about moving a musical instrument, please give us as much information as you can about your particular move. Things such as :

• the type and size of instrument to be moved
• where the instrument is
• is it a move within your residence or place of business
• are there steps or stairs involved; if so, are there turns on the stairwell
• is it to be moved from one place to another; do we have both addresses and phone number contacts at both locations
